What is an Debt Management?
Debt management is when you can not pay your normal payment to your creditors (only unsecured debts). This may be because you have over stretched your self or you may have had serious illness or even had a death in the family or made redundant that has caused you financial hardship.
Debt Management enables you to make smaller payments to your creditors by instructing Hamilton Associates to negotiate with your creditors on your behalf and letting them know that you are having financial difficulties and making arrangements to pay them what you can afford each month.
Hamilton Associates then negotiate with your creditors by putting forth your circumstances and request them to freeze interest and charges and propose an affordable monthly payment. In 95% of cases the creditors are happy to stop interest and charges and accept the proposal and as per the agreement you keep paying the reduced agreed amount on a monthly basis.
Debt management can be re negotiated at any point of time and offers you the flexibility to pay off the debt once your circumstances improve. There by making you debt free.
