• Hamilton Associates assess your income and outgoings either over the phone or by visiting you in your home/work place.

• Once Debt management has been advised, we then complete the necessary paperwork to be sent to your creditors to enable us to negotiate the reduced payments and ask them to stop all calls harassing you for the missed payments.

• Hamilton Associates negotiate with all creditors that interest and charges stop (we do not promise that all companies fully stop interest). 

• Once that all creditors have accepted then we make monthly agreed payments to them.

• We review all debt management clients on a 6 monthly basis to make sure that there is no change in circumstances that may mean that creditors may receive revised payment either higher or lower.
