Process of Bankruptcy

• We full assess your current circumstances and if Bankruptcy is the best solutions to become debt free then we compile your Bankruptcy report.

• We will fully explain the implications that Bankruptcy will have on your future.

• On completion of your Bankruptcy papers and all necessary documentation we arrange a suitable time to submit to the courts.

• Once the Court has agreed your Bankruptcy which normally takes a few days you will receive a phone call from the Court with the date and reference number for your Bankruptcy.

• The Court then sends the file to the official receiver who will be in contact with you by post or by phone to go through the details of the Bankruptcy.

• Hamilton Associates are here to help you through all stages of the Bankruptcy and answer all the questions and queries that will arise for the months before and after your Bankruptcy has been agreed.

Many of our clients that we helped with Bankruptcy in November and December 2009 have already been discharged and are now DEBT FREE.
